COVID-19 Update
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines published May 8, 2020 there is no longer a “prohibition on “elective,” i.e., non-urgent and non-emergent, dental procedures.” It is safe to see your dentist!
Our office follows the most recent recommendations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, American Dental Association, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We closely monitor any updates and new guidelines from these organizations. The health and safety of our patients and their families are especially important to us!
Prior to your appointment, our office will review some screening questions. Temperatures will be taken upon entering the office for each appointment. The waiting room and restroom will not be open. Magazines, toys, and games on the iPad will no longer be available since these items cannot be cleaned or easily disinfected. Parents should call when they arrive in the parking lot and we will provide instructions for entering the office. If parents are accompanying a patient for their visit, masks and temperature will be required. At the conclusion of the appointment, we will call parents to discuss treatment and schedule future visits.
Please call our office with any questions about the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our patients and their families. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces again very soon!
